Umpire Registration Form

If you are not currently registered to umpire at MMNL and would like to, please complete the below form.  Once this has been submitted, the Umpiring Secretary will confirm receipt and grant you permission to start umpiring in the League.

All umpires must be affiliated with England Netball and must supply their affiliation number. Failure to do so will result in the team losing points for each game umpired by a non-affiliated umpire.
